The Product Manager is responsible for bridging client objectives and technical delivery and for ensuring clarity,<br />alignment, and consistent results across all projects.

Responsibilities
● Facilitate the customer lead to construct an effective tech roadmap.
● Maintain alignment between client priorities, product direction, and delivery capacity.
● Ensure all tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint execution.
● Keep developers supplied with at least two weeks of clear, unblocked work.
● Establish and maintain structured communication between client and team.
● Refine internal delivery and communication processes for efficiency and clarity.
● Promote accountability, transparency, and proactive problem-solving within the team.

Qualifications
● Ability to define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company goals.
● Experience conducting market and user research to identify opportunities.
● Strong project management skills and ability to balance scope, quality, and speed.
● Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and technologies.
● Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, translating business goals into technical
requirements and vice versa.
● Proficiency in using feedback loops, usability testing, and data insights to drive iterations.
● Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and wears multiple hats.
