Our client is seeking an experienced and values-driven <strong>Country Director</strong> to lead and develop a growing multi-site business in Georgia. Reporting to the Board, you will have full responsibility for business performance, culture, leadership development, and strategic growth, while leading a team of senior functional managers across Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Information Systems.<br />The ideal candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience, a strong track record of managing business performance and profitability, and the ability to build, develop, and empower high-performing teams. You combine commercial acumen with excellent people leadership skills and are comfortable making decisions across multiple business functions.<br />
