You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our marketing campaign on various online platforms. Applicants
should have a strong grasp of current marketing trends in the Western software development market and proven
experience in sales and marketing.

The sales representative plays a vital role in increasing the company’s contact base and converting leads
into new clients through strategic networking, representation at key forums and proactive follow-up.

You will be responsible for the company’s financial strategy and reporting and international financial compliance, and will play a key role in strategic decision making. As COO you will drive operational excellence, talent development, and scalable processes across our small software outsourcing company. Note that this is NOT a hands-on technical, coding or CTO role.
