• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 5+ years of design/creative experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven portfolio in events, branding, and campaign design
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
