• Manage end-to-end project delivery (planning, budgeting, logistics, execution)
• Act as the main liaison with government, corporate, and VIP clients
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams (creative, production, marketing, logistics)
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers while keeping projects on budget
• Identify risks and troubleshoot in real time during events
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining Faalyat’s high standards of excellence

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• 8–10 years’ experience in large-scale event or project management
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dirham events/projects
• PMP or similar certification is an advantage
