As senior software developer, you will deliver the goals of your client project and fulfill the role of Senior<br />Software Engineer for SRP. Strong candidates will be considered for promotion to the role of CTO.<br />

You wil work in an office setting alongside local and expat employees in our new startup location in an urban (small city) setting. 
We emphasize language learning and a strong team mentality, knowing that these two factors are vital to longevity and effectiveness in life overseas. As such, language learning and active engagement in the local culture are required for all our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Make the customer happy by communicating well and delivering quality pull requests.
- Actively participate in team meetings and discussions
- Mentor junior developers for growth
- Continuously improve processes, not just code
- Help set and maintain coding standards and practices.
- Share knowledge and best practices regularly
- Provide constructive feedback to your colleagues and team leader
- Contribute to a healthy office culture (eat together, look out for each other, celebrate wins)

- Experience designing scalable, maintainable systems.
- Strong in at least one major backend language
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows.
- Comfort using Agile tools and team communication platforms.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent).
- Interest in contributing beyond coding (product design, user research, business discussions)
- Willing to relocate to Central Asia
